2) Print and complete form and hand in at the club addressed to:
Vicky Holmes, Club Safeguarding Officer.

3) Complete the form below
Once you have submitted the form, you will be directed to the checkout page to make the membership fee payment. Junior membership comes with a free family social membership for parents. Your membership will not be activated until you have made the relevant payment below this form.
4) Once we have received your processed your new junior member application form (via post) we will contact you again with confirmation.
